About the role
Reporting to the Assistant Controller TAM (based in Napa) this role plays a key part in establishing and embedding a new financial division in the region. Youll be responsible for financial reporting data analysis process optimization and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Note: Please note this is a 9month fulltime fixedterm contract role.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excelbased financial reports to deliver actionable insights.
- Partner with crossfunctional teams to analyze business needs and optimize financial processes.
- Support the global RecordtoReport (RTR) process including general ledger reporting and reconciliations.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements using automation analytics and best practices.
- Ensure data integrity accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and governance.
- Maintain and improve process documentation troubleshoot issues and support audits or special projects.
About you
Youre a detailoriented finance professional with a passion for data analysis reporting and process improvement. You thrive in a fastpaced environment balancing technical expertise with strong problemsolving and communication skills.
- Experience in financial or business analysis preferably in FMCG or global organization.
- Advanced Power BI and Excel skills with a focus on automation data modelling and visualization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and identify insights.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills with a focus on process clarity and improvement.
