As a Call Center Outbound Sales Representative you will play a vital role in expanding our clients reach and enhancing customer relationships.
Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound warm calls customers showcasing our products and services while driving sales and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
- Present products and services in a compelling manner.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions.
Requirements
- 1 years of sales experience in a call center or retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a teamoriented environment.
- Selfmotivated and goaloriented mindset.
- Proficient in navigating computer systems and CRM software.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales.
