Job Title: CAD PLM Functional Analyst

Location: Santa Clara CA (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

Looking for a functional analyst located in Santa Clara to support cross functional projects in Lab Operations portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for innovation and endtoend development of products.

Collaborates with IT portfolio managers PM & customers to codevelop a roadmap and drive products and features from concept to launch in a fastpaced environment.

Works with crossfunctional teams and various stakeholders including analytics design/user experience engineering and user enablement.

Turns data insights into products with actionable outcomes to the ultimate customer.

Works in an Agile environment and continuously reviews the business needs refines priorities outlines milestones and deliverables and identifies opportunities and risks.

Define and write/review the Functional process document (FS) in line with the BPD/BRD.

Present the FS to Technical architect for them to complete the design.

Review and approve the functional & technical design working with Business.

Should be able to manage Functional process for multiple projects with a team of functional analysts.

Ensure timely documentation of requirements.

Review the UAT test case and work with business and team closely to complete the UAT

To Support Global business per their time zones.

Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope

Control change management working with Portfolio manager and delivery lead

Support the functional architecture for multiple processes in an R&D environment.

Develops owns and executes product roadmap.

Works with userfocused groups to define the selfservice user experience support and monitoring for customers.

Translates product roadmap features into welldefined product requirements including features user stories and acceptance test criteria.

Prioritizes and maintains the sprint backlog for assigned products balancing the requirements of stakeholders.

Leads the product functional design process based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology.

Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance postlaunch to evaluate future investment.

Proactive selfstarter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

High degree of organization individual initiative and personal accountability

Bachelors degree and 10 years of product or project development experience

Proven track record of delivering data driven solutions with a customerfirst mindset

Established background in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping iterative development understanding of Agile principles

Experience successfully driving endtoend delivery of data and intelligence solutions including a wide variety of mechanisms e.g. dashboards APIs real time alerts etc.

Experience with procurement expense management and treasury businesses and processes
