Job Description
We are seeking a RN Emergency Department for a 13week travel/contract assignment in Watertown New York. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
- Shift: Night; 7p7a
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $1980 $2160
Key Responsibilities:
- Rapid assessment and triage of emergency patients
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform emergency procedures as needed
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Provide patient and family education
- Maintain accurate patient records
Certifications & Licenses:
- Current RN License
- BLS and ACLS required
- PALS required or obtained within 6 months of hire/transfer
- Must complete lethal dysrhythmia exam during probation and be defibrillation certified within six months of employment
- Must be IV medication and phlebotomy certified during orientation
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Critical Care and charge experience preferred
- Entrylevel candidates may apply but must have a minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience

Charting System: MEDITECH charting experience required
Travel Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 60mile radius qualify for travel pay.
