Job Description
We are seeking a Critical Care FLOAT for a 13week travel/contract assignment in Utica New York. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Shift: Day; 6:30a7p
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2088 $2232
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver critical care to patients across ICU and MedSurg units.
- Float between units as needed (except Psych and ED).
- Manage up to 6 7 patients when on MedSurg.
- Use advanced equipment like IABP CRRT ICP monitors etc.
- Document care accurately in Epic EMR.
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
Certifications:
- BLS (AHA) Required
- ACLS (AHA) Required
- NIH Stroke Certification Required
Licensure:
-
Active New York RN License Required
Travel & Local Considerations:
- Candidates outside a 75mile radius qualify for travel pay.
