Oncology Senior Marketing Manager

What you will do

In this vital role you will play a key role in shaping IMDELLTRAs global commercial strategy driving alignment across markets facilitating bestpractice sharing and supporting business case development for future opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong executional skills capable of collaborating across functions influencing key partners and driving global commercial success.

IMDELLTRA(R) (tarlatamab) is an innovative therapy with exciting potential in small cell lung cancer and other malignancies. Following its recent conditional approvals in the US and other key markets IMDELLTRA is now in a critical phase of growing its global footprint and preparing for future lifecycle opportunities to improve patient impact.

  • Drive launch excellence by crafting and implementing IMDELLTRAs global commercial strategy including building brand strategy launch and competitive readiness initiatives
  • Lead and collaborate with key work package teams such as the Integrated Brand Team (IBT) and Brand Working Group (BWG) encouraging collaboration and driving alignment across crossfunctional and regional teams
  • Synthesize market insights and competitive intelligence to support business cases inform forecasts and proactively adjust brand strategy in response to evolving market dynamics
  • Develop and deliver compelling brand presentations effectively communicating strategic priorities to crossfunctional teams regional market partners and senior leadership
  • Partner with regional leaders to drive globalwithlocal executional excellence and integrate local market insights into global strategy
  • Contribute to oncology portfolio initiatives including congress presence strategy critical communications and annual market update meetings

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing or relevant/related experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry including launch and inline HCP

OR

Masters degree and 4 years of marketing or relevant/related experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry including launch and inline HCP

OR

Bachelors degree and 6 years of marketing or relevant/related experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry including launch and inline HCP

OR

Associates degree and 10 years of marketing or relevant/related experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry including launch and inline HCP

OR

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing or relevant/related experience in the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry including launch and inline HCP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oncology or specialty care experience
  • Consistent track record in launch excellence with prior experience in global and inmarket commercial roles
  • Deep expertise in strategic marketing including brand strategy positioning messaging agency management and budget oversight
  • Tactical marketing experience in local markets with a focus on HCPdirected commercial
  • Proven ability to handle multiple timesensitive priorities with a solutionsoriented mentality
  • Experience supporting brands across different stages of lifecycle from prelaunch to maturity
  • Oncology competence including a strong understanding of the science market trends and evolving competitive landscape
  • Outstanding communication skills including strong storytelling and executive presence with the ability to influence effectively within a matrixed environment

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant skills experience and qualifications.
