Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) PartTime
Location: Pennsylvania (Nursing Home Setting)
Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM PartTime
Compensation: $26.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing home team on a parttime basis. In this role you will provide handson nursing care and support to our residents working closely with registered nurses physicians and other care staff to ensure the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents conditions and report changes to the supervising RN or physician
- Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene mobility and meals
- Document care and maintain accurate resident records
- Communicate with residents and families in a respectful and supportive manner
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies
- Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Prior experience in a longterm care or nursing home setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to compassionate care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a healthcare team
- Must be dependable detailoriented and able to work assigned shift
Schedule & Pay:
- PartTime: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM shift
- Hourly Rate: $26.00/hour
- Opportunities for additional hours may be available based on facility needs
