Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Receiving Clerk to receive inspect and record inbound shipments.
Responsibilities
- Properly account for the location of incoming goods
- Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt
- Unload packages from incoming trucks
- Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged
- Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity quality price)
- Accurately enter inventory receiving and shipping data into the computer system
Requirements
- Proven working experience as a receiving clerk
- Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Basic math and recording abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
