This posting will be used to fill 1(one) permanent fulltime position working 75 hours biweekly and 1(one) permanent parttime position working 37.5 hours biweekly.
It will establish a 12month eligibility list which may be used to fill similar positions.

Our team
LongTerm Care (LTC) provides resident centered care to individuals who requires assistance/care in various level in their daily living activities that creates a feeling of home belonging for all who live in Yukon Continuing care homes though responsiveness to the uniqueness of each resident. The services vary from intermediate to end of life care (Hospice) where the focus is on the care comfort and quality of life of a person with a serious illness who is approaching the end of life.

Home Care offers a range of services tailored to meet individual needs including acute care rehabilitation and support for chronic and palliative conditions. These services are determined through personalized assessments to help clients remain in their homes providing respite for caregivers and promoting independence and a higher quality of life.
