Job Description
As the Sales Transformation and Training Manager your role is to lead the evolution of our sales team ensuring they have the skills tools and confidence to deliver exceptional results. Youll oversee training for a team of 80 agents and manage a direct team of 3 including 2 Training Facilitators and 1 QA Analyst. Youll develop and implement innovative training programs designed to shift the teams focus to a salesfirst mindset while also embracing a hybrid work model. Though the role is hybrid it will require onsite presence to ensure the success of inperson training initiatives particularly for those agents onboarding locally in Richmond.
What Youll Do
- Develop Sales Transformation Strategy: Design and execute a strategic sales development and training plan that aligns with the companys goals and drives a shift toward a salesoriented culture for a team of 80 agents.
- Lead Training Programs: Create lead and deliver engaging sales training sessions that sharpen selling skills enhance product knowledge and cultivate a strong sales mindset across a mixed team of hybrid and remote agents.
- Sales Coaching: Provide continuous oneonone and group coaching to ensure each team member is reaching their full potential driving improved performance and embracing a salesfirst mentality.
- Coach the Coaches Program: Establish and lead a structured coach the coaches initiative helping sales managers become more effective leaders and developers of their teams.
- Hire and Mentor: Manage a direct team of 3 including 2 Training Facilitators and 1 QA Analyst and provide mentorship and leadership as they help execute the overall training strategy.
- OnSite Leadership: While the role offers flexibility in a hybrid environment expect frequent onsite time to lead and support the training of hybrid and remote agents ensuring high engagement and effective learning.
- Adapt and Evolve: Continuously assess the effectiveness of training programs and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact in a rapidly changing market.
What Youll Need
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in sales training coaching or sales enablement roles preferably with experience transforming team cultures toward higher sales performance.
- Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and a natural ability to inspire and motivate others to embrace selling as a central part of their role.
- Leadership and Coaching Skills: Excellent leadership coaching and mentoring capabilities with a focus on helping individuals and teams achieve measurable sales results.
- Strong Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills: Deep understanding of sales processes key performance indicators and effective sales methodologies.
- Experience in Dynamic Environments: Experience in a salesdriven contact center or call center environment is highly desirable.
- Growth Mindset: A desire to continuously learn test and improve with comfort in working in an evolving fastpaced environment.
- Hybrid and OnSite Presence: Ability to work in a hybrid capacity but with the flexibility to spend extra time onsite as needed for training initiatives.
