Job Description

Eric Perez DDS of Family Dentistry Napa practice partner of Mosaic Dental Collective is seeking a talented and passionate part time Dental Hygienist to join his team of oral healthcare professionals. As a practice committed to delivering exceptional patient care we are looking for an individual who shares our values and commitment to excellence.


Dr. Perez offers competitive pay and benefits and a great 2 day per week schedule. Hourly rate of pay between $60$65/hr. depending on experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough dental cleanings including scaling and root planning prophylaxis periodontal maintenance polish and debridement.
  • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
  • Take and record radiographic images.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including treatment plans findings and progress.
  • Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
  • Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
  • Valid and current certifications licenses and registrations as mandated by applicable state and federal law.
  • Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
  • Compassionate patient centric approach.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred
