Job Description
Step into a pivotal role where youll shape the future of industryleading eMachines for hybrid and electric vehicles. As a Project Engineer youll help optimize eMachine Design processes and procedures ensuring timely delivery of traction and auxiliary motors that meet AMLs vehicle attributes.
What Youll Do:
- Design and develop advanced eMachines working closely with a small dynamic team.
- Present innovative design solutions enabling tradeoffs between component attributes and their impact on electrified powertrain systems and vehicle performance.
- Define and manage commodity strategies within the EPT department resolving engineering challenges.
- Collaborate with suppliers on eMachinerelated topics supporting fullcycle design from concept to production.

Key Requirements:
- Experience designing eMachines for automotive or aerospace applications.
- Proven ability to take eMachines from concept to production.
- Ideally a degree in Electromagnetics or Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (NX preferred) ALTAIR Flux Flux Motor and MotorCAD.
