You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailKing County Parks is looking for a dedicated Real Estate Records Program Coordinator to contribute to the effective management and preservation of Parks property records.
About the Role:In this role youll manage real estate documents conduct research and analysis and generate reports. This position supports the Division in ensuring adherence to County code and State law facilitating access to records and collaborating with diverse internal and external groups on various property management issues. The position plays a key role in maintaining thousands of records used by internal teams to determine property ownership maintenance responsibilities allowed uses and to provide public access.
This position performs work remotely and onsite.
About the Team:The Land Management Unit (LMU) in Parks manages property rights for King Countys parks trails and open spaces. LMU oversees property records provides property information and analysis to internal teams and the public permits nonpark uses through Land Use Guidelines and manages encroachments. Its work supports the Divisions values of equitable access responsible stewardship and resource protection.
