Job Description
Description of the role:
Visiting Angels is a nonmedical InHome care agency seeking dedicated caring compassionate caregivers to join our team! As a leading provider of senior home care services we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors in our community. We are currently seeking compassionate reliable caregivers to join our team! As a caregiver with Visiting Angels you will provide personalized care companionship and support to help our clients live comfortably in their homes.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- ValidCaliforniadrivers license*MUST BE A CALIFORNIA DRIVERS LICENSE*
*******AN OUTOFSTATE DRIVERS LICENSE IS NOT ACCEPTABLE******* - A reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance where you must be listed as an insured driver
- Ability to pass background checks drug screening and screening of your driving record
- Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) if not registered well assist you with the process!
- Proof of negative TB test well pay for it if you needit!
- Physical ability to perform the duties required of the role
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays weekends and holidays
- Two professional workrelated references
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Must be compassionate patient and dependable
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing grooming and dressing
- Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration
- Help with light housekeeping tasks including meal preparation laundry and cleaning
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Transport clients to appointments errands and social activities (if required)
