All with a lower carbon footprint zero mercury and made without harming the ocean.
As a Night Supervisor you will:
- Oversee a team of Production Operators as they complete production tasks.
- Enforce safety best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized production space including offices common areas and laboratory facilities.
- Adhere to and enforce cleanliness practices outlined by company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance cleanliness and efficiency.
- Complete various steps of our production process including weighing and measuring ingredients operating machinery and supporting packaging tasks.
- Implement changes to the production line as directed by management.
- Set up small appliances on the production line and ensure they are functioning correctly.
- Problemsolve any issues that arise during production escalating to management as needed.
- Support quality initiatives following guidelines and protocols to ensure product integrity.
You will bring:
- Experience supervising production teams 25 years)
- Experience working on a small production or pilot line is beneficial.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies used in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift and move some small equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively as part of a team.
