Job Description

All facets of Connect Chicago Alliance CCA development projects are impacted by eBuilder which serves as the enterprisewide Project Management Information System PMIS.

The eBuilder Administrator will be the key contact for CCA for managing systemlevel settings and will be responsible for the support of both internal and external users.

It will be necessary for the eBuilder Administrator to have a high level of responsiveness and the ability to put end users requirements first when it comes to the CCA.

The eBuilder Administrator oversees all eBuilder activities under the general direction of the Program Controls Manager. They collaborate closely with the eBuilder Governance Board the Construction Operations team A&E teams Construction groups and end users to implement any necessary accountlevel modifications which may involve changing data fields reports dashboard templates and other software interfaces.

Essential Functions:

Oversee eBuilder systemspecific duties such as project setup and user provisioning among others.

o Changes to account configuration

o Template maintenance (forms budgets schedules mail merges)

o New user onboarding and training

o Control subscriptions to reports and folders.

Offer administrative support for eBuilder.

Offer users of eBuilder continuous support including reporting from eBuilder and permitted configuration changes.

Work together with process owners to guarantee that authorized or revised business processes and procedures are followed.

Support the creation of training materials for project staff.

Provide training for eBuilder users.

As needed troubleshoot eBuilder problems.

Manage users rights and general setups to support document control.

Take part in the teams weekly meetings.

Take part in the creation of eBuilder reporting to fulfill project/program requirements.

Take part in determining and putting into practice enhancements for forms reports workflows and eBuilder settings.

Carrying out other tasks as designated.

Minimum Qualifications

A bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 5 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.

Job Requirements:

Three 3 years experience using eBuilder or other capital construction or project management software.

Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of resources throughout the organization.

Excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks develop analyze and/or revise procedures meet deadlines and work in an environment of heavy pressure and changing priorities.

Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to compose correspondence and reports.

Demonstrated experience with computerized systems database management and spreadsheet and wordprocessing programs to transform data and create reports.

Ability to use independent judgment and initiative to accomplish tasks.

Excellent knowledge of the construction industry including methodology terminology workflow/paper flow of design and construction activities as well as demonstrated knowledge of contract documents specifications and requirements.

Resourceful and selfdirecting ability to flourish in a fastpaced and demanding work environment.
