You will be responsible for working under the direction of Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists in order to deliver a consistently high standard of clinical service to clients in Residential Aged Care (RAC) Settings. As an Allied Health Assistant it is expected that your time will consist of both clinical and administrative duties.
You will be involved in a new innovative way of offering allied health services to our wonderful Clients. Our award winning 2023 Allied Health Award for Innovative Product Excellence) Plena Care Pathway has been designed to provide our therapists with an opportunity to tailor therapy programs for our residents built from resident goals and priorities and delivers evidencebased mobility and functional programs care plan reviews onetoone therapy interventions and group based active aging services.
