What Youll Do:

As an Associate Teacher youll play an integral role in supporting the learning and emotional development of students in the Primary Years Programme. Your duties will include:

• Assisting in daily program planning and implementation
• Collaborating with Lead Teachers to personalize and differentiate instruction for every student
• Providing additional support to students with the guidance of our Learner Support Coordinators
• Helping create a stimulating and wellorganized learning environment
• Engaging with students to encourage selfregulation and emotional growth
• Participating in team planning parentteacher conferences and cocurricular programs
• Supervising students during Before and AfterSchool Care (ASC) and recess/lunch duties
• Occasionally stepping in to cover classrooms or assist with schoolwide events

Who You Are:

• Have a Bachelor of Education and be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Have a BC Teaching certificate
• Have a desire to work with children and support their social emotional and academic development

• Be proactive innovative and committed to personal and professional growth
