Job Description
The Role
Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal.
Open for breakfast lunch & dinner Thymes menu has been created by wellknown Melbourne chef restauranteur cookbook author and television presenter Karen Martini showcasing locally sourced seasonal produce served alongside excellent coffee herbal tea blends local coldpressed juices and signature cocktails.
The Bar & Beverage Attendants will work across the barista and bar areas of the restaurant (Thyme) which also include servicing the outdoor bathing areas and the Spa lounge by:
- Preparing beverages as per order (wine cocktails coffee etc)
- Ensuring the bar and barista areas are clean and presentable
To service our guests to the highest standard you may be required to work a flexible rotating roster throughout week weekends and public holidays.
We will provide flexibility with days and hours across a rotational for shifts on Friday to Monday (including at least one weekend day) and nights is a must.
We offer a competitive salary/hourly rate superannuation plus penalty rates.
About You
- You have an RSA certificate
- You have experience in a similar role and a passion for drinks
- You are guest centric a team player and have a positive attitude
- You have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills
- You are capable reliable and responsible
- You have a valid visa or working rights for Australia
