Job Description
In this role you will play a key part in gathering analysing and reporting on HR data to help drive strategic people decisions across the organisation. Working closely with People team leaders you will support initiatives that enhance employee experience improve talent acquisition and increase organisational effectiveness through datadriven insights.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Gather clean and process People team data from multiple sources including employee engagement surveys HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and recruitment metrics.
- Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement in key People team functions.
- Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to talent management employee turnover diversity inclusion and engagement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on people metrics to support People team initiatives.
- Develop clear and compelling data visualizations that convey insights effectively to nontechnical audiences.
- Support the development of predictive models to identify future workforce trends and support strategic workforce planning.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams to address data requests and provide insights that support business objectives.
- Assist in ad hoc analysis projects to address specific business needs or People team programs (e.g. engagement retention diversity).
- Provide data support for People team initiatives including recruitment onboarding performance management and employee retention.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by helping identify inefficiencies in HR processes and proposing solutions.
- Work with IT and data teams to ensure data integrity security and compliance with data privacy policies.
Youll be a great fit if you bring the below with you:
- Basic understanding of data analysis and familiarity with People team concepts ideally from an internship or previous work experience.
- Proficiency in data tools such as Excel Google Sheets and (preferably) some exposure to data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and experience in data analysis using tools such as R Python or SQL is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data insights to diverse audiences.
This role is offered working Part Time 3 days a week.
