We help homeowners and business owners recover from water mold and fire damage by restoring not only their propertybut their peace of mind. Our technicians are fully trained IICRCcertified and committed to doing the job right.
We are looking for a dependable motivated Water Damage Technician to join our team in the Tyler TX and surrounding areas. This is a handson role involving emergency response water extraction demolition and customer support. Whether youre experienced or just getting started in the industry we provide the tools and training you need to succeed.
- Assist with water damage mitigation including water extraction and structural drying
- Set up monitor and remove drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
- Perform demolition and removal of waterdamaged materials
- Document job progress using moisture readings photos and written notes
- Maintain a clean and organized job site and vehicle
- Complete required forms and checklists accurately
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Participate in an oncall rotation for emergency response
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted and moving or helping maneuver up to 75 lbs with proper equipment or team assistance
- Comfortable working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces or attics
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- IICRC WRT certification a plus (training available for the right candidate)
