Job Summary:
As a EVS Housekeeper you are responsible for keeping all areas clean while complying company standards. This positions starting wage is $15.50.
Essential Functions:
- Develops maintains a service culture that ensures the delivery of superior internal/external guest service by all team members
- Adheres to all regulatory departmental and company policies and procedures
- Knowledge of all promotions and events
- Mens & womens restrooms cleaned and maintained
- Empty all trash in restrooms as well as on the casino floor front lobby areas and back of the house
- Associate Dinning Room maintained
- Faces sides tops and bases of machines wiped clean
- Floor clean of clutter
- Vacuum where designated
- Ensure all duties and responsibilities are performed to the best of each staff members ability
- Answer radio calls and communicate professionally
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Ability to work well with team members and supervisory staff
- Previous janitorial/housekeeping experience preferred
- Previous supervisory training or experience is desired
- Must be able to lead direct and organize other people
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently required to stand walk and sit for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high
- Frequently required to lift items up to 30 pounds
- Occasionally required to push or move items up to 100 lbs
- Frequently required to reach overhead
- Occasionally required to work in confined small areas for long periods of time
