Job Description
We are currently seeking several Commercial/Corporate Paralegalsto work with various Axiom clients across all industries.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting reviewing negotiating and advising on a variety of complex commercial contracts.
- Proven experience dealing with services and consulting agreements licensing agreements content agreements software development contracts SaaS agreements SLA agreements or ecommerce agreements.
- Partnering and supporting a fastpaced sales or business organisation by managing multiple timesensitive projects simultaneously.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a paralegal within a commercial law environment.
- Good academic credentials.
- Inhouse legal experience is preferred (directly or as a secondee) but is not essential.
- Strong commercial understanding and excellent interpersonal skills.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
