About the role
Based at our industry leading site in Epping the Change Analyst will be at the forefront of technological transformation and innovation at Repurpose It and will be responsible for supporting the successful implementation of transformation and technology changes ensuring alignment with organisational goals and effective change management processes.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Conducting impact analysis to assess the potential effect of change on stakeholders and business processes
- Developing and implementing change management strategies to support transformations
- Engaging with stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and reduce resistance to new technological changes
- Developing engaging and audience specific training material and facilitating training sessions for endusers across the business
- Providing ongoing support for any issues that arise during and posttransition
- Identifying and implementing process improvements in order to optimise change management effectiveness
About you
In order to excel in this role we are looking an experienced Change Analyst who has successfully implemented and embedded change initiatives across organisations who has:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Psychology Communications or a related field.
- Change Management certification (such as Prosci CCMP) is highly desirable.
- Additional certifications in Lean Six Sigma or Agile methodologies are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in change management within IT transformation or technology projects
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and drive change
- Experience in drafting clear and concise training documentation
- Experience in facilitating training for a wide range of endusers
