Job Description
Job Summary:
Christian Brothers Automotive in Frisco Texas is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As a Technician you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and maintaining our reputation as a trusted and reliable auto repair shop. This is a fulltime position with a base salary plus commission structure offering an attractive compensation package for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay ranging from $22 to $50 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair automotive problems accurately and efficiently
Perform maintenance services including oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections
Identify and communicate additional repair needs to customers
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and completing repairs in a timely manner
Keep work area clean and organized
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times
Continuously learn and improve technical skills through regular training and development programs
Communicate effectively with team members customers and management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent technical school or certification in automotive repair preferred
At least 3 years of experience as an Automotive Technician
ASE certifications preferred but not required
Strong diagnostic and problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of automotive systems and components
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Must have own tools and transportation
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
