What are we looking for
This position is responsible for performing various shipping and receiving duties for an assigned location.

What youll do:
- Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming shipments.
- Identify and prepare parts for return to the customer or disposal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipping errors and delays.
- Process applicable documentation including database updates sample disposal records invoices etc.
- Pull parts from inventory as requested for projects/testing.
- Maintain parts and supplies inventory as well as audit and inspection records.
- Maintain safety and maintenance schedules and records for shop tools and equipment.
- Design build & package crates to return to the customer as needed.
- May transport vehicle and/or part pickups to and from various locations.
- Perform other duties as required.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year directly related experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
- Ability to design build and customize package crates using basic hand tools and equipment.
- Must be organized and able to prioritize and complete tasks in an efficient manner.
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats
- Ability to work in a fastpaced multitasking environment with shifting priorities and demanding deadlines
- Ability to lift and carry samples parts and equipment up to 49 pounds.
- Ability to stoop kneel crouch reach push and pull as needs to perform the essential job duties.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Word Excel and Outlook.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and safe driving record for transport of items between facilities.
