Metro Staffing has partnered with a renowned manufacturing company located in Grand Prairie Tx. Our client specializes in the production of highquality springs for various industrial applications andoffers a great opportunity for individuals seeking to start their career in the manufacturing industry.
Machine Operators play a crucial role in the production process and will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor equipment such as presses cutters and assembly machines to uphold production standards
Perform routine maintenance cleaning and troubleshooting of machines to ensure smooth operations
Inspect finished products for quality assurance making adjustments as necessary
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment
Record production data accurately and maintain production records
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented environment
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment is a plus but not required
3RD SHIFT: 10 PM 6:30 AM MONDAY THRU FRIDAY
PAY: $17.25 HOURLY
