Junior Financial Manager Reporting
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Junior Financial Manager to join a dynamic team. In this role you will be at the forefront of financial strategy contributing to business growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with the Senior Financial Manager engaging in innovative projects that refine financial processes and drive meaningful change.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and reporting ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee accounting records to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.
- Manage the budget forecast processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Engage with crossfunctional teams to align financial strategies.
- Ensure compliance with tax and VAT regulations.
- Support audits and liaise with auditors to ensure smooth processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent.
- Strong operational finance experience.
- Familiarity with financial systems (Great Plains and HFM advantageous).
- At least 5 years team management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of IFRS.
- Experience with ERP system migration.
- Articles experience.
