Job Description
Equipment Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Attend Daily Production Meetings: Engage with the team in daily meetings to discuss current orders updates and coordination efforts.
- Assist Repair Coordination: Collaborate with the Repair Coordinator to obtain new equipment quotes and ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Prepare Customer Quotes: Source pricing from vendors and prepare accurate quotes for customers maintaining an understanding of specific requirements.
- Equipment Sourcing: Actively work on sourcing equipment from vendors to meet customer deadlines negotiating favorable terms and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned including working closely with various departments to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office or Excel and accounting software (Sage CRM preferred).
- Overtime Availability: Ability to work overtime as needed.
