Job Description
With a growing client base many processes that were manageable manually in the past no longer scale effectively and require a higher degree of automation. Your role will involve building selfservice solutions for some of Scalables most significant processes throughout the client lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with our Client Success and Operations teams to ensure that inquiries are addressed efficiently and to the satisfaction of Scalables clients.
- Align with the teams managing client master data to guarantee data consistency and accuracy.
- Serve as a liaison between your crossfunctional software development team design Scalables Mobile teams and other teams to create the most engaging client experience in the market.
- Ensure that Scalable Capital remains compliant with antimoney laundering and data protection regulations by developing robust systems and processes that safeguard client information and facilitate regulatory reporting.
- Enhance Scalables ability to reach its clients by managing the communication tool stack across multiple channels including the clients inapp mailbox email push notifications and physical mail.
Qualifications :
- Passion for digital products and the fintech landscape
- Excellent academic track record in relevant fields such as Business Administration Finance Management Computer Science or other STEM disciplines.
- Relevant internships or working student engagements
- Strong analytical thinking leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills that are clear concise and targeted towards your audience software engineer stakeholder or executive
- Handson mentality and geared towards : from idea to UXprototype to user story and design you can handle it
- Excellent English communication skills (German is advantageous but not necessary)
