Descripcin del trabajo:
El/la Coordinador de Proyectos Jr. ser responsable de brindar apoyo tcnico y administrativo en los proyectos de construccin asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos calidad y normativas. Debe contar con habilidades organizativas conocimientos tcnicos bsicos y una actitud proactiva para colaborar con el equipo de trabajo.
Responsabilidades principales:
- Apoyo tcnico: Asistir con lectura de planos y documentacin del proyecto.
- Supervisin en campo: Dar seguimiento a las tareas diarias en el sitio de construccin asegurando el cumplimiento de los estndares establecidos.
- Gestin documental: Organizar y actualizar documentacin tcnica incluyendo reportes permisos y cronogramas.
- Control de inventario: Apoyar en el monitoreo y gestin de materiales y recursos del proyecto.
- Supervisin de seguridad: Apoyar en la implementacin y cumplimiento de las polticas de seguridad laboral en el sitio de trabajo.
- Comunicacin con stakeholders: Asistir en la coordinacin y comunicacin con clientes proveedores y autoridades locales.
- Otras tareas relacionadas con el soporte tcnico y administrativo.
Requisitos:
- Disponibilidad para viajar a los proyectos.
- Vehiculo en buenas condiciones.
- Lectura e interpretacin de planos de construccin.
- Nivel intermedio de ingls tanto oral como escrito (deseable pero no excluyente).
- Bachillerato o grado tcnico en ingeniera o reas relacionadas (deseable pero no excluyente).
- Buenas destrezas de comunicacin.
- Preferiblemente experiencia en el campo de la construccin.
- Conocimiento bsico de Google Workspace.
