Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project :
- Support project managers and team members in planning tracking and executing technical projects.
- Assist with documentation including project plans specifications and status reports.
- Help coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.
- Digital Product Testing:
- Participate in the testing of new and existing digital products and features.
- Develop and execute test cases based on requirements and specifications.
- Identify document and track software defects using bug tracking systems.
- Production Support:
- Monitor production systems and applications to identify and resolve issues.
- Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of technical problems.
- Contribute to the development of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Data Analysis:
- Collect clean and analyze data from various sources.
- Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics.
- Identify trends and insights to support business decisionmaking.
- Contribute to the development of data analysis tools and techniques.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g. Agile).
- Basic understanding of testing principles and techniques.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus.
- Able to commit to full time internship from Jul to Dec 2025
Learning Outcomes:
- Gain practical experience in software development testing production support and data analysis.
- Develop skills in project management problemsolving and communication.
- Learn about different software development methodologies and tools (Including but not limited to Power BI and SQL)
