This position is based in Honolulu HI with required travel to nearby islands as needed.
The pay range for the position is a minimum of $38.00/hour to a maximum of $40.00/hour.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance and work in small spaces. Ladder and lift work required. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 49 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Good hand and eye coordination is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Active airport operation with vehicular traffic lift/ladder/rooftop type work. The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts electrical power high/precarious places; and outside weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
