To serve as the highly qualified examiner on IEP analyze interpret and present evaluations at special education team a solid understanding of RtI to consult with staff around data based decision making and the use of data to determine interventions and/or appropriate supports for provide the immediate supervisor with a schedule of students serviced and to keep thorough ongoing records for the individual students receiving therapy or integrate information from a variety of sources including observation assessment data interviews and records in order to assist school teams in determining the educational disability and developing intervention plans for special education and non special education students. Review information received from sources outside of the school district and assist school teams in understanding and utilizing this information contribute knowledge of family/social systems when participating in decisionmaking related to students needs in areas such as detention issue changes in placement legal suspension or consult with parents and school staff in Instructional Support Team meetings to develop interventions and/or student provide inservice to staff that will augment knowledge and promote mental health for both students and teachers and provide best practice conduct counseling sessions with individuals and groups of schoolage students and consult with their families using techniques that will encourage selfunderstanding and constructive assist administration and instructional staff in behavior management strategies for students with challenging cooperate with community health social welfare agencies and the juvenile develop an appropriate plan of professional fulfill all other job related duties as requested by the Director of Student ServicesADA MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OR STANDARDS REQUIRED:The Physical activity of this stooping bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist.
