Roles and Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be:
1. Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them intosales.
2. Sell products by establishing and developing relationships with prospects.
3. Ability to convert high revenue leads.
4. Ability to retain customers to increase repeat business.
5. Customer identification call planning account management and closing.
6. Maintain all clients contact details in CRM system (Clients Contacts Call Reports Price Quotes Email Correspondence.
7. Develop and maintain business plans to achievesalestargets.
Desired profile:
1. Graduate in any stream. Engineering graduates preferred.
2. Experience inonline/ telesales / telemarketing.
3. Proficiency in spoken English is a must.
4. Familiarity with ecommerce and its components
5. Knowledge on software like Zoho CRM Salesforce is an added advantage.
6. Highly analytical selfdriven individuals preferred.
