You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Maintenance Tech is selfdirected and able to work independently with minimal supervision with the ability to prioritize for maximum productivity. Able and willing to learn new systems provide supervision and assistance for both Maintenance Work I and II as needed analyze and research all existing systems.
Has comprehensive knowledge of mechanical electrical and plumbing systems. Is able to assess diagnose and make any and all repairs. Participates in oncall carrying emergency phone & respond to after hour emergency maintenance needs. Good written and verbal communication skills are also required.
Ability to identify seek and obtain professional assistance with current/potential structural issues.
Ability to maintain or modify existing electrical HVAC and plumbing systems under supervision with required assistance.
Anticipate potential system issues/needs and plan work accordingly.
Ability to learn & use computer control systems for heat and A/C
Knowledge of preventive schedules and ability to complete on time without supervision.
Complete interior and exterior building repairs without minimal assistance
