Job Description:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Cleaners to join our Real Caring team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping others and have a commitment to delivering excellent care. As a Cleaner at Real Caring you will contribute significantly to the wellbeing and comfort of our consumers ensuring that their homes are clean safe and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform housekeeping tasks including cleaning vacuuming dusting and laundry to ensure a hygienic living environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor and report any changes in consumers health or behaviour.
- Work closely with family members and Care Managers to deliver holistic consumercentred care.
Qualifications:
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Police Check.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated empathy patience and a caring attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
