Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Senior Finance Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to driving datainformed decisions by providing accurate timely and insightful financial reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate is a datasavvy finance professional who thrives in a fastpaced environment and can communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements (Balance Sheet Income Statement Cash Flow).
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
- Develop and deliver insightful financial presentations to senior management.
- Create predictive models and conduct advanced statistical analysis to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for business strategy.
- Analyze business performance profitability and cost structures for optimization.
- Lead and support special projects involving financial reporting forecasting and analysis.
- Mentor junior analysts fostering development in data and financial analytics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends tools and technologies in finance and data analytics.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Data Science Statistics Economics Mathematics Computer Science or related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Strong experience in financial modeling forecasting and complex financial consolidations.
- Familiarity with SEC reporting and filings (preferred).
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Strong communication presentation and problemsolving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
- Knowledge of data governance data privacy and security best practices.
