EMR: Cerner; moving to Epic

Trauma Level: II

Other Info:

On rare occassions the provider may need to oversee CRNAs

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance cover

Requirements:

BC/BE

Active IA license or IMLC

TEE Certification

DEA & CSR

BLS ACLS PALS

COVID Vaccinated

Must be available on the dates needed coverage
