As part of our strategic growth in we are expanding our sales team and seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative. If you have a strong background in B2B sales IT services or staffing solutions this is an opportunity to grow with a fastmoving resultsdriven global company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential clients in the IT technology and staffing industries.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator cold calling and email outreach to connect with decisionmakers.
Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline through proactive lead generation strategies.
2. Sales & Business Development
Present and pitch CloudPSO s IT staffing managed services and compliance solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct discovery calls and needs assessments to understand client requirements.
Prepare customized proposals and work closely with technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
Handle RFPs (Request for Proposals) and corporate sales presentations.
3. Relationship Management & Account Growth
Develop and nurture longterm relationships with key decisionmakers in target companies.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring seamless project .
4. CRM & Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities leads and deals in the CRM (HubSpot Salesforce or similar).
Track KPIs and sales performance metrics providing regular reports to management.
Stay informed about industry trends competitors and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in IT services software development SaaS or staffing.
Strong ability to conduct cold outreach (calls emails LinkedIn) and generate highquality leads.
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with business decisionmakers (CLevel Directors and IT Managers).
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce or similar) for pipeline and lead tracking.
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing cloud services managed IT and compliance solutions is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup while being highly proactive.
