We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to lead warm highconversion outreach to licensed special education professionals in the U.S.
You ll be the point of human contact for candidates responding to marketing and sourcing campaigns guiding them through personalized conversations lead qualification and strategic followup to create meaningful conversations not cold calls. This role supports a missiondriven hiring process by connecting education professionals who respond to the clients outreach campaigns.
Youll work closely with marketing recruiting and sourcing teams to deliver a smooth candidate experience while managing CRM workflows with precision. Spanishspeaking candidates are strongly preferred as many prospects are bilingual.

Qualify Leads Through Structured Conversations
Conduct short targeted calls 3 5 minutes) to assess candidate motivation licensure status and openness to contract roles.
Use performancebased questioning techniques to surface highpotential candidates.
Deliver a minimum of 5 qualified candidate handoffs per week with detailed notes logged in Close.
Refine and Prioritize Weekly Target Lists
Review sourced lead lists each Monday in coordination with the lead generation team.
Validate data quality eliminate duplicates and tag priority contacts based on licensure and outreach history.
Ensure each campaign launch begins with a clean list that is 90 accurate.
Track and Optimize MultiTouch Engagement
Monitor lead engagement across SMS email and followup calls.
Within the first 30 days build a simple dashboard or spreadsheet that visualizes lead status by source message type and stage.
Use this data weekly to inform campaign adjustments and prioritization.
Use Personalized Messaging to Improve Conversion Rates
Adapt messaging scripts to highlight unique candidate benefits and the client s unique value proposition.
Run A/B tests comparing conversion rates for generic and personalized messaging strategies.
Within 60 days increase optin response rates by 25 over baseline.
Contribute to SDR Playbook and Continuous Process Improvement
Submit a brief weekly summary of insights objections and script performance to refine and improve the SDR playbook.
Document through a feedback loop to optimize messaging process and tech coordination.
Collaborate Across Teams to Align Outreach and Funnel Velocity
Sync weekly with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency align outbound timing and avoid duplicate outreach.
Help accelerate leads through to final recruiter handoff with consistent context and notes.
Ensure all notes touchpoints and updates are tracked in Close.
Explore and Integrate Automation to Enhance SDR Output
Evaluate SDR tasks that can be automated using tools like Clay and Close integrations.
Within the first 90 days pilot one AIdriven workflow such as lead enrichment reply detection or tagging automation.
Report on outcomes and suggest future enhancements through AIbased lead scoring and enrichment tools.
30 Days: Onboard to tools and develop a simple dashboard (or spreadsheet) that shows lead status by source message type and conversion stage. Launch your first outreach campaign eliminate redundant outreach and ensure >90 clean lead lists.
60 Days: Own the outbound messaging and followup sequence to licensed educators and raise optin response rates by 25 through message testing and personalization.
90 Days: Refine lead handoffs from the marketing team pilot at least one automationenhanced process (such as using or and lead your own outbound SDR campaigns.
120 Days: Collaborate with the automation lead to implement techsupported flows that reduce manual effort without compromising personalization. Identify at least two process improvement opportunities monthly.
Key Performance Objectives (KPOs):
Consistently deliver a minimum of 5 qualified candidate handoffs per week.
Maintain 90 data accuracy in weekly outbound lead lists with zero lead duplication by validating and prioritizing contacts before each campaign launch.
Increase optin and engagement rates by 25 through message personalization and strategic A/B testing.
Identify and implement at least one AI or automationbased process improvement per quarter.
Generate warm highquality conversations not cold dials by leveraging premium offerings that make outreach a welcome interruption.
Spanishspeaking is a strong plus as many of our prospects are bilingual.

1 2 years of experience in sales development customer success or recruitment support roles.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Spanish fluency is a plus.
Experience with tools like or similar is preferred.

Based in the Philippines or Nicaragua with stable internet and a distractionfree remote setup.
