Job Description
The University of Chicagos Department of Surgery Section of Urology seeks fulltime Clinical Associates with renewable terms of up to two years. Appointees will contribute to urological consultations/outpatient procedures and varied ambulatory responsibilities to support and complement the faculty in Urology at UChicago Medicines Crown Point IN offsite location. Appointees will spearhead Urologys expansion to Northwest Indiana. These positions do not require teaching or scholarly activity. Compensation (including a generous package of fringe benefits) is dependent upon qualifications.
Prior to the start of employment qualified applicants must: 1 have a medical doctorate or equivalent 2 hold or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Illinois and State of Indiana 3 be Boardcertified or Boardeligible by the American Board of Surgery or equivalent in Urology and 4 have completed an accredited fellowship and/or equivalent training in Urology.
We especially welcome applicants with urological expertise and familiarity with the NWI region that will optimize patient care and enhance access.
