Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Event Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to oversee our portfolio of event technology solutions spanning our global event suite. The ideal candidate is an insightdriven curious and experienced PMM able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives at once with competing deliverables deadlines and audiences. Your responsibility as the event PMM will include working with business teams to identify event goals and necessary features designing the registration and event app user experience in partnership with our suite of 3P providers creating robust workback schedules for event builds and managing all stakeholders responsible for delivering against those timelines running testing of tech solutions and troubleshooting issues and working with agency partners to create and deliver onsite registration and event scanning solutions. The ideal candidate has experience leading complex and matrixed projects and has a track record of managing against tight timelines and juggling multiple projects simultaneously. This person should be detail oriented highly organized and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Key job responsibilities
Responsible for full suite of event registration event app and digital platforms from selection of vendors through onboarding build of sites/apps and launch and of programs.
Acts as the primary planning communications and logistics contact for event technology and reporting and continually test measure and evolve event technology performance.
Lead onboarding integration and of event technology portfolio inclusive of event registration platform(s) event app housing management software and more.
Work crossfunctionally with event teams to identify scale produce and execute event technology solutions including managing fulltime and vendor / contractor resources.
Manage suite of internal and external stakeholders to build seamless attendee technology experiences.
Partner with events lead to build and implement a cohesive event communication plan and ensure seamless deployment through event websites and apps.
Provide detailed status updates to core event production teams and leadership.
Responsible for reporting on event metrics related to attendee registration and communications.
Onsite point person for 3P event tech partners for escalations staffing issues or customer service problems.
Research evaluate and onboard new technologies and technology vendors where required.

About the team
The Selling Partner Provider Success & Growth team provides a worldclass solution provider experience that allows Amazon and external partners to innovate rapidly on behalf of our customers. We provide solution providers inside and outside of Amazon a comprehensive API suite and a selfservice onboarding experience to simplify app development.

The role sits within the Field Marketing team that is part of the Amazon Selling Partner Provider Success & Growth (PSG) org. Our team creates bestinclass content and executes regional workshops and events that educate and inspire thirdparty solution providers to build on behalf of Amazon sellers.

5 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Bachelors degree
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning marketing strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Experience managing complex event technology systems
Proven track record in largescale event
Position requires up to 20 travel

Experience driving direction and alignment with large crossfunctional teams and agency partners
Experience managing event technology solutions
Experience developing or utilizing registration/request management systems mobile event applications and other onsite tools (e.g. RainFocus Cvent Stova etc.
Strong vendor management skills
Budget management experience
Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event
Experience with international events
Understanding of technical event requirements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
