Job Description
This is a paid replacement for a candidate we found them last year Malgorzata Baran. The main issue they had with her was that even though he was a qualified architect with a lot of experience she wanted to outsource everything including space plan design. That obviously cost them more money and they want someone who is more hands on and can do a lot of this stuff themselves. They also want someone with a better understanding of the engineering side of things like HVAC etc..
Project Manager Full Time
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fitouts office and architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the project from start to finish
- Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors
- Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Manage the budget and schedule
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture Construction Management or a related field
- 715 years of experience in project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
