Job Description
Compensation $115000 to $130000.
Job Duties:
- Conduct the Kitchen TuneUp sales process (training provided).
- Conduct scheduled inhome consultations making presentations to homeowners.
- Confident to ask for the order persistent in sales follow up strong desire to win and succeed.
- Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
- Revises quotes or drawings as customers wants and needs are assessed.
- Collaborates and communicates with franchise owner to ensure a complete cabinet order.
- Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover necessary details.
- Continues customer contact during the project and monitors all related activities.
- Cooperatively market your skills as an industry professional.
- Computer and smartphone proficient.
- Convert all available sales leads into scheduled sales appointments.
- Convert as many sales appointments as possible into sales (a minimum of 40 is expected)
- Willing to develop account based business such as interior designers contractors builders and real estate firms.
- Highly motivated dependable with strong work ethic
- Attend KTU weekly sales coaching call (min 3 per month).
- Optimistic enthusiastic and friendly attitude
- Strong negotiating skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- NKBA certification preferred but not required
- Willing to develop accountbased business such as interior designers contractors builders and real estate firms
- Experience with 20/20 or other design software
- Rapid growth in the Bloomfield New Jersey area
