Vacancy: MARKETING & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER Residential Estate Agency
Location: Croydon CR0
Salary: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Social Media & Marketing Manager within a Croydon based award winning estate agency.
This is a very varied role which covers all aspects of digital marketing. You will be responsible for but not limited to; developing designing and distributing marketing campaigns ensuring all of the companys social media profiles and property portals are up to date.
Business development skills are essential as you will be expected to be an ambassador for the company developing client relationships and delivering the highest level of service.
Candidates with previous experience of the property industry either by having worked in it or worked on social media and marketing accounts for an estate / lettings agency will be given preferential consideration.
The Company: Our client is an energetic independent Estate Agency with an excellent reputation in and around the Croydon.
Skills required for this Marketing & Social Media Manager role will include:
- Experience in a marketing and / or social media role
- Experience in property marketing
- Proficiency in using social media management tools analytics platforms and content creation software
- Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail
- Work under pressure and stick to deadlines
