Primary Responsibilities :
Light cleaning of locker rooms and guest bathrooms as well as light cleaning and daily maintenance of reception and retail area of Spa
Daily maintenance and removal of soiled linen from guest robes to soiled towels
Sterilization of spa slippers used by guests
Keep quiet rooms neat and tidy
Stock and organize product and presentation of guest amenities in the locker area
Assist with inventory of products
Ensures The Greenbrier experience
Adheres to policies of the facility
Reports any incidents or accidents to the Spa Director
Works assigned schedule
Secondary Responsibilities :
Lift and move furniture
Replenish ice
Attends Spa/departmental meetings as scheduled
Completes other duties assigned by the Spa Director
Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment furniture and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events
Normal Working Hours : (Shift days)
Hourly position averages in season 32 to 40 hours per week.
Require availability on holidays and 7 day a week some evening hours
Flexible scheduling could work 10 hour days
In order to be successful in this position the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
Past Work Experience Requirements :
Previous customer service experience preferred
Educational Requirements :
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Communication Skills Requirements :
Good verbal skills pleasant friendly attitude and outgoing personality
Team player
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Required Supervision :
Reports to Spa Manager
Structured supervision ability to make mature decisions
Other Requirements :
Ability to coordinate workloads and schedules
Self motivated
Ability to prioritize responsibilities
