  • Hours: swing shift Wednesdays 4:00P10:30PM Thursdays and Fridays 10:00AM 10:30PM and Saturdays 10:00AM 8:30PM

What Youll Do:

Therapists provide clinical assessment diagnosis individual and group therapy crisis intervention and case management services for child and adult clients experiencing mental health symptoms substance use disorder symptoms. Therapists will develop document and monitor treatment plans monitor and document treatment services interactions and progress. Ensure that documentation and maintenance of client chart meets agency state federal etc. audit standards. Collaborate with internal (i.e. medical psychiatric clinical case management peers etc. and external (i.e. referral agencies family friends etc. treatment team members and/or supports around a clients treatment plan goals treatment and treatment progress. Coordinate with collaterals and/or partner agencies during a clients treatment to ensure sustainable support and stepdown services are in place.

Mobile Response SummitStones mobile response team provides crisis intervention in the community 24/7/365. Therapists on this team are expected to be dispatched throughout Larimer County to support stabilization of community members wherever they may be calling from.


Essential Duties:

  • Direct client care to include care coordination behavioral health related screenings and assessments individual and group therapy brief therapy case management and related clinical services.
  • Serves as a clinical resource person to building site(s) clinical staff case managers medical providers and collaterals.
  • Knowledge of professional policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with other staff in providing planning developing implementing and evaluating clinical services including collaborating with Clinical Managers and Program Supervisors.
  • Performs behavioral health screenings and assessments.
  • Provides on going care coordination within SummitStone community agencies and resources.
  • Provides crisis intervention to include crisis assessment and deescalation.
  • Provides onsite collaboration with medical providers to provide behavioral health assessments for those clients identified with behavioral health needs.
  • Clinical documentation.
  • Supports and fosters team values within the treatment team to provide support and remove barriers.
  • Maintains superior customer service for internal and external customers by providing information and answering questions/requests in timely matter.
  • May participate on committees (both internal and external) in meetings and works on projects as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:

  • Masters degree in social work counseling psychology or related field from an accredited College or University andregistered with DORA as a Candidate working towards licensure.
  • At least one year of experience in the behavioral health field.
  • At least one year of experience with mild to severe mental illness and substance use disorders.


Preferred:

  • Substance Use Disorder Licensure (CAS or LAC) preferred.
  • Bilingual/bicultural preferred.


All positions include driving a company vehicle and require a valid Colorado drivers license.

Our Behavioral Health Therapists have access to exceptional training opportunities in evidencebased practices and support in gaining and keeping licensure and addictions certification:

  • Receive supervision toward clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW LPC LMFT LAC) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) at no cost to the employee.
  • Receive reimbursement for obtaining clinical licensure (i.e. LCSW LPC LMFT) and/or certification (i.e. CAS) in addition to base pay increase
  • Have the opportunity to participate in specialized clinical certifications (i.e. EMDR etc.


Total Rewards

The hiring range:

  • Masters Level Unlicensed: $58011 $69618 annually
  • Masters Level Licensed: $66040 $79217 annually
  • Based on relevant years of experience.
