Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Perform geotechnical engineering evaluations and analysis including deep foundations slope stability and settlement assessments.
    • Operate independently on routine assignments while managing small teams.
    • Travel to various job sites in a companyprovided vehicle to oversee fieldwork.
    • Provide guidance and oversight to staff professionals for the collection of field data.
    • Mentor and develop junior geotechnical staff to enhance team expertise.
    • Review and interpret field samples for geotechnical analysis and reporting.
    • Schedule and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient project .
    • Develop and manage client projects ensuring strong relationships and highquality service.
    • Create and update project proposals and reports to maintain project accuracy and scope.
    • Review update and approve invoices weekly for ongoing projects.
    • Prepare and manage project budgets ensuring financial efficiency.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support geotechnical operations.

Preferred Experience

    • Education: Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Geological Engineering (required); Masters in Civil Engineering (preferred).
    • Licensure: Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E. in the State of Missouri. (Ability to obtain within 1 year of employment)
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience.
    • Technical Skills: Proficient in industrystandard geotechnical software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
