Job Description
Rochester Colonial the areas window and door experts is looking for you! We are a thirdgeneration familyrun business celebrating 75 years. Many of our employees have been with the company for more than twenty years! We are currently seeking a fulltime Inside Sales Representative for our Pro Division.
Position Overview
From a centralized location makes customer contact to generate additional revenue and/or fulfill sales commitment.
Essential Job Functions
- Works with Project Manager in assisting on quotes and work orders when Project Manager is out in field
- Handles walkin customers when Project Manager is out in the field
- Determines customer needs and recommends products and solutions
- Coordinating customer pickups and deliveries with Warehouse
- Follows up on deliveries to ensure materials arrived on time
- Works closely with Purchasing Agent on tracking incoming deliveries ETA
- Works with order processing on questions/issues along with Project Manager
- Assists with work orders for service issues as well as follows up on unresolved service issues with Project Manager
- Helps Project Manager with coordinating service scheduling
Requirements
- Window and door knowledge very desirable
- Selfstarter with a high attention to detail
- Initiative to identify and positively solve problems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask
Other Skills/Abilities
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Familiarity with construction drawings a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and team player
- Detail and serviceoriented
